Repeating the already done, Xiaomi has launched a flagship device with great specifications and sleek look.

 Xiaomi in an event in New Delhi launched Xiaomi Mi A1 which could make the best phone under the budget price bracket. Also, the phone is a part of AndroidOne project, so it means this will be one of the fastest devices to receive Android updates. Dual-camera

The key feature of this phone is its Dual-camera setup, which Xiaomi claims is similar to the one found on iPhone 7 Plus. The two sensors at the back is a combo of a wide-angle and a telephoto lens for portrait shoots. Both the sensors are rocking 12-megapixel shooter each, with the primary lens (f/2.2) has a 26mm focal length while the telephoto lens (f/2.6) has 50mm equivalent focal length.

Though Xiaomi claims the sensor to be as good as the one found in iPhone 7, the real-time performance will matter a lot.

Display

The phone comes with a 5.5-inch full HD display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The full HD display helps the phone to score 403 pixel-per-inch when it comes to the pixel density of the display.

AndroidOne project

Mi A1 is a part of Google's AndroidOne project. Being a part of the project, the device will be one of the few devices to receive the quickest Android updates.

Hardware

The phone is rocking Snapdragon 625 Octa-Core chip constructed on 14nm FinFET architecture. We have seen the same processor on Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, which is a decently powerful device when it comes to gaming and day-to-day performance.

Storage

The phone comes with 64GB of internal storage powered by 4GB of RAM. Though the phone has a dual-sim slot, people will have to settle for the hybrid system.

Battery

The phone has a 3080mAh battery, though the phone doesn't have any 4100mAh powerhouse as we have seen in previous Xiaomi devices, the phone does support 2AMP charger which can charge the device quicker.

Stock Android.

Being an AndroidOne device, the phone will be running on stock Android experience. This means the phone will have more free RAM and better performance. Thanks to non-inclusion of MIUI.
